well located, comfortable room and heated pool. spa should be much affordable

the staff at the desk is great my room was very comfortable

the staff at the bar is not really friendly so you don’t want to keep ordering. the chairs by the pool ate never cleaned and/or repositioned. the shower has a too powerful stream. i booked the spa and the steam room was jot working (no discounts), and you can’t go freely to the sauna or steam room. You have to do what the lady is telling you… $30 was too expensive. massages are too expensive and only 50min long

Perfect place in Playa del Carmen, would stay here again.

The location is fantastic. You set one foot outside the door and you are in the center of playa del Carmen, and yet once you enter the hotel it’s only peace and quiet. ADO bus and ferries in walking distance. The personal is very friendly. Everything was clean and the king size bed was super comfortable.

The pool area is awesome. Great comfy beds, surrounded by palm trees.

Honestly nothing to complain about. Got the room on discount - 50 eur/night and was definitely worth it.

Small nice hotel in the center of the action

Small nice hotel in the city center, especially suitable for people who like action. Nice swimming pool. Breakfast was great

Towels and robes in the room are of poor quality, some of the staff were not very friendly (reception and bar). You can fix this and hotel will be cool. Good luck!

Nicely located hotel with great pool

The pool was really nice to have, especially when the beaches are full of seaweed. The room itself was good however the bathroom was very poor. The shower provided not much water to wash you hair and it took very long for warm water to come out. We also told this to the reception.

Great location and most ammenities. No hot water….

The property was very well located with access to everything within walking distance. Staff was super friendly and we were always greeted with a friendly smile. We felt very safe. We also had a massage which was amazing and a great deal. We did a full packet that included a facial, exfoliation, sauna, massage and the tubs. We also got a cute drink and some fresh fruit after the massage which was not expected. My sister and I had the whole spa available to ourselves for 2 hours.

Overall, the experience was positive but I really hated that the bathroom didn’t have hot water and the water was super salty. Even the “hot tub” in the spa was just luke warm. I didn’t think to look for hot water as an offered amenity. In addition, the bathroom was pretty small (toilet and shower in one small room) and grimey. The water wasn’t reaching the drain and the drain was disgusting. There was a small window in the shower but when we opened it there was a ton of dirt on the screen. We loved the property (staff, pool in the middle, rooms were cute, safety, location) but between no hot water and the nasty shower I don’t think we will be back.

The hotel has a beautiful pool area and restaurant. Delicious cocktails from the bar. The location is convenient for walking around the city.

The nightlife in the city could be heard in the room. The pool area and sunbeds are few and there is a queue for them.
