Great location and most ammenities. No hot water….

The property was very well located with access to everything within walking distance. Staff was super friendly and we were always greeted with a friendly smile. We felt very safe. We also had a massage which was amazing and a great deal. We did a full packet that included a facial, exfoliation, sauna, massage and the tubs. We also got a cute drink and some fresh fruit after the massage which was not expected. My sister and I had the whole spa available to ourselves for 2 hours.

Overall, the experience was positive but I really hated that the bathroom didn’t have hot water and the water was super salty. Even the “hot tub” in the spa was just luke warm. I didn’t think to look for hot water as an offered amenity. In addition, the bathroom was pretty small (toilet and shower in one small room) and grimey. The water wasn’t reaching the drain and the drain was disgusting. There was a small window in the shower but when we opened it there was a ton of dirt on the screen. We loved the property (staff, pool in the middle, rooms were cute, safety, location) but between no hot water and the nasty shower I don’t think we will be back.

A very good place to sum up and end your vacation

The hotel has a beautiful pool area and restaurant. Delicious cocktails from the bar. The location is convenient for walking around the city.

The nightlife in the city could be heard in the room. The pool area and sunbeds are few and there is a queue for them.

Great value for Playa de Carmen downtown. I will come back again.

Great location. Right next to the main street and beach. Beautiful tropical garden and kinda isolated from the noisy streets. Breakfast area and pool areas are very chill. Staff are very friendly. We borrowed the beach towels when we checked out and returned the towels when we came back to pick up our luggage. The other hotel we stayed in Tulum didn’t let us take towels to beach.

Great location and nice hotel

The location of the property was fantastic, literally a street across from 5th avenue the main shopping street and then the beach beyond. The rooms were very spacious inside, plenty of storage ans they gave you robes which were handy.

The rooms felt pretty shabby and you couldn’t open any windows. Although there was a mini bar you even had to pay for water.

Very nice and peaceful

Great location, really easy to get by everywhere walking . Yet despite the central location the place is very quiet and peaceful. The pool is wonderful, and the cocktails master makes the best piña colada’s and mojitos we’ve ever tried. Personal is very neat, and helpful . The spa was a nice add, we had 30min hydrotherapy included each day of our stay.

The room was nice but not very modern for the price. Our fridge kept on making a clicking noise at night. Ended up unplugging it.

Really cute boutique hotel. Nice staff. Room was comfortable. Good location, walking distance from the beach, from the restaurants and shops. The pool is very nice and pretty.

Prices a bit expensive for Mexico. But I had a good stay overall.

Best option right in the middle of the city.

The location of this hotel is the best thing about it. The pool and the hydrotherapy session were both very nice experiences. Staff are very friendly. Breakfast was okay.

The hotel seems to be a bit old and the rooms need some renovation. The wardrobes and the chest of drawers we too old and had a weird smell. Other than that everything was great.

Great location and amazing vibes when in the hotel

Fantastic location right in the middle of Playa del carmen, one block from the madness of the 5th street. Many restaurants, shops and bars within walking distance. From outside you feel like you're in a regular city but inside the hotel it makes you feel like you're in one of those bungalow villas in Asia. The pool area is very relaxing. We got to use the spa for 30 min and it was a nice relaxing experience. Overall the bedroom is very comfortable.

The height of the bed is excessive. You obviously can't drink water from the tap but even rinsing your mouth with water after brushing your teeth or taking a shower is disgusting because of the salt contents of the tap water. I'm not sure if it's the hotel or the region but friends that were staying in a hotel 2 blocks away didn't report such thing.

the location is perfect, the staff is very nice and helpful, very big king size bed, nice pool.

small amount of mosquitoes get in the room somehow. The room a little bit noisy on day because of the road but it is not a problem at night. tip - put double glass windows for noise sensitive customer like me.
